right so what been going on in my life, not heard anything more about whats going on with the court case (i plan to ring the guy from county durham police whos dealing with it)

Josh's girlfriend and her little girl have moved in with us so the house is a tad hectic atm lol, 3 adults and two babies under 1 living in a two bedroom council house :D FTW

Adyna is gonna be 11mth on a few days, so her 1st birthday is looming up just over a month away!?! where does time fly she's just started crawling got her first tooth just over a month ago and got another two this week, and now weighs 16lb11 and is actually about 3lb lighter than one of my friends little ones who is 5 month younger than her! she's still in the weight range for 3-6mth clothing and she's nearly 1!!!

erm yeah so i keep forgetting to check livejournal these days so am a bit out of touch with whats ben going on

nd im not even the one whos doing it in the first place lol, just bought adam a new stegadon so he can have an engine of the god for his lizardmen army (now warhammer really isn't my thing and i only know what the hell i bought him coz he was going on about it) for those who like myself usually say huh? when someone goes into warhammer geek mode, its a mini stegadon (dinosaur thingy) with stuff and "people" on its back that makes it extra special kinda like the heffalumps from lord of the rings i suppose and £25 for a model thats about the same size s my fist and takes god knows ho many hours to build and paint, thank god i have the laptop to keep me amused on these cold lonely nights haha

well my lip and nose are lol, just been to the dentists to get y front tooth filled (i had holes at either side of it (the bits where my goddamn toothbrush can't get into) and ha to have local anaesthetic, and as a result I'm all numb, feels really weird my top lip is a teensy bit swollen too methinks hoping that goes down soon, i have horror images of me having a reaction to it an my lip swelling up badly lol, only been waiting to get the tooth fixed for 2 1/2 years!!!

just realised last night that its been about 15months since me and adam last had people over at our place, seriously the only people who have visited us at home since then have been: midwive, health visitor, social worker and my mum, and i can't remember the last time i met friends in town either for that matter, the only time i ever see my friends is when i go out, and i rarely get phone calls/texts from anyone other than my mum and my mother in law.

so what is it? am i just someone that people don't really want to spend time with? or am i just one of those people that everyone forgets about unless they see them out?

just been and had adyna weighed and shes now 8lb 14oz so shes put on 11oz since birth which is good :) alls well in the land of Tori, got my cheque for my home loss compensation through today so this time next week i will be a couple of grand richer :) woohoo, hopefully it will clear in the bank before wendyhouse as it appears that im going to be going out this saturday... probs gonna prebook taxis to take me to wendyhouse at 11 and come back at 2 so i'll be out for 3 hours, got more than enough milk stored in teh freezer and adams quite competent with baby changing etc now, although i will probably still spend half the time tha im out on the phone to him making sure shes ok lol

who else is going to be out on saturday???

well on tuesday 2nd of September at 10.16am, baby Adyna freear was born at the LGI and i came home same day, didn't get my homebirth due to having moved into new house the day before and everything still being everywhere and not having gas switched on etc. can't find the bluetooth connector for my phone to put the pics up off there but have got a couple of pics on my camera which i'll put up as and when i get photobucket to work

well... i got my keys on wednesday, got my carpets fitted today and im moving everything in on monday!!! only problem is that adam can't get monday off work aaaaaargh so im moving stuff on my own :S eep

oh and my internet isn't working anymore :S probably due to not sending the contract back to them lol so using libraries and friends computers until such a time as we get teh net on at the new place :)

i have a house!!!
found out this morning that i've been offered a council house, arranged to go see it this afternoon, its lovely and the area seems nice and isn't far from adams work and has buses (the kind that lets prams on) about every ten minutes from the bottom of the street into town :) and happens to be 10 minutes walk from a big morrisons so no more trekking to the other side of leeds when i want to do some food shopping. I officially sign for it on wednesday and will get the keys then :D earliest i can move in is the monday after, not sure if i'll move in then though it all depends on whether baby is here or not.

pretty much just planning to go see a couple of bands each day then go home no afterpartying for me, maybe pop in for a bit on saturday afternoon to do some shopping.

Baby is showing no signs of wanting to come early and even my midwife reckons im gonna go a few days overdue so thought fuck it, nothing else better to do, gonna make sure i always have enough money on me for a taxi back to Leeds in case anything does happen though

well my birth pool turned up safe and sound, had a trial run with it to see how long it took to fill seeing as i only have an immersion heater (took 4 hours!?!)

in other news...

had the lady from the housing to come speak to me about rehousing me due to them knocking my block of flats down, she filled out my application and told me i should have priority extra status within 3 days so i can start bidding on houses and shes going to look for "direct let" places for me as well which is where they see the properties that are going to be coming up for rent and they snap them up before they goon the bidding process!!! which means that in theory if she finds one of those places that isn't in need of repair i could move as early as next week! going for Bramley/pudsey way so that we're a bit closer over to Bradford, also they told me about my home loss compensation - they're going to give me £4,400!!! for moving out of a flat that i don't even want to live in lol Adams uncle appears to have done us a favour lol and also the only thing i have to do with regards to moving house is pack my stuff up, the council arranges for (and pays for)a removals company to come move everything :D

i swear i could fucking kill him!!!!

he's just managed to knock over twenty quids worth of make up off my shelf onto the floor and smash it, aaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhh, the really annoying thing is fuck knows how he actually managed to do it, its one of those make up sets where the case is coated in non slip stuff and it was right at the back of the shelf against the wall and you would actually have to be trying to knock it off to manage it, i swear i could fucking throttle him right now, well i suppose i should be grateful it wasn't any of my MAC makeup

well it was my birthday on monday gone, and saturday night was my birthday night out at wendyhouse , so thanks to those who actually remembered i.e. lou&mutt and rachel, got a card from Adam, one from adams parents and josh, and another from my mum. got £80 in total and a stitch toy

Bah, one of my hamsters has died, i had kind suspected it for the last couple of days as i'd only seen one of them about but was way tooo squeamish to investigate so asked Adam to clear them out today, they're only a year old and i kinda think that maybe they were fighting and it got out of hand and one ended up killing the other (they are dwarf hamsters so can be a wee bit nasty) only problem is that because they are so alike we can't ctually tell whether it was goldilocks or munchkin thats died :(

personally I think Adam's jinxed them by saying I could get a kitten once the hamsters have died :S

well not much to report...

house still isn't finished, no heating no hot water, no bathroom, no kitchen, no new doors/windows, no living room floor, loads of plastering to do, he reckons its gonna be another 3-4 weeks before its finished

and we're moving in on monday :S, basement rooms are nearly finished so we're moving into the basement with a mattress to sleep on, our clothes, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer, will probably take my telly and DVDs too

feel like I'm going insane, this whole house fiasco is driving me nuts

hmmmmm decisions decisions...

to buy or not to buy that is the question....

so erm yeah i can't decide whether to buy infest tickets or not... My due date got moved back to the 27th of August now rather than the 23rd of August so instead of being due on the saturday of infest i'm due on the wednesday after... so either way its gonna be close... do i pay for the ticket and risk not being able to go or do i sod the ticket and then get really pissed off that i cant go as theres no tickets left and i still haven't dropped the sprog lol
